To making things that are as original as they are timeless. To being true to ourselves, even when that truth sets us apart from the mainstream.

We still believe in the same principles we started with: the easy elegance of classic British tailoring, the authenticity of American workwear, and the originality of our home city, New York. As New Yorkers, community and authenticity have become synonymous with our brand. An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process, and collaboration for a more equitable future.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing team at rag & bone.

In this role, you will own co-op marketing, campaigns, content, activations, and key initiatives with our global wholesale partners. You know how to leverage wholesale relationships as growth channels – driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sell-out performance. You'll manage seasonal co-op budgets in close partnership with external accounts while collaborating cross-functionally to align on product sell-in priorities and execute strategies that move customers through the funnel. Your toolkit spans paid and organic social, email, editorial, retailer media networks and onsite placements, influencer programs, in-store activations, and more.

The right candidate has a strong command of digital media KPIs and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You're proactive, solutions-oriented, and skilled at building alignment across teams.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage seasonal co-op budgets across all wholesale partners, strategically allocating spend across brand-building and performance tactics to drive awareness and sell-out

  • Develop seasonal marketing plans for key accounts that align with product sell-in priorities and broader brand campaigns
  • Negotiate co-op rates, placements, and campaign flights with partners to maximize return on investment
  • Review and approve all partner-facing creative to ensure alignment with rag & bone brand standards across voice, visual identity, and product representation
  • Collaborate with commercial wholesale teams to stay ahead of in-season opportunities and emerging account needs
  • Attend market appointments with key accounts to align on product stories and upcoming marketing opportunities
  • Partner with internal creative services to concept and execute in-store activations and pop-up builds at key wholesale doors
  • Manage co-op marketing activity across EMEA and APAC wholesale accounts, adapting domestic strategies for regional relevance where needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget trackers across all wholesale marketing activity
  • Partner with finance to ensure all media placements and campaign commitments are properly documented, chargebacks are processed, and year-end invoicing for contracted obligations is completed on time
  • Source, organize, and distribute seasonal brand assets to wholesale partners, ensuring timely delivery across all accounts
  • Brief internal creative and brand teams on wholesale, licensing, and franchise marketing needs each season
  • Track and report on campaign performance across all partners, translating KPIs into actionable insights and recommendations for future planning

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale and co-op marketing, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing co-op budgets and media plans across major domestic and international wholesale accounts

  • Experience with retailer media networks and onsite media planning across key wholesale partners
  • Deep understanding of digital media and wholesale KPIs, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, finance, and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong instincts for prioritization and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without losing attention to detail
