Job Summary:
rag & bone is looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Product to help steer, analyze and provide recommendations for the best onsite customer experience. This role will work cross-functionally to guide website enhancements from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. They will be involved in solving business issues that impact the omni-channel and digital businesses by working with internal teams and liaising closely with vendor partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot e-commerce platforms (SFCC, Adyen, Klaviyo) and related systems (ERP), identifying issues and recommending solutions to improve operations.
  • Monitor and assess platform performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization, while collaborating with IT and development teams to implement changes.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders (marketing, sales, fulfillment), ensuring that the technical solutions align with business goals and process improvements.
  • Support integrations between core platforms (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party applications) to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency across systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements, documenting requirements and collaborating with relevant teams to implement solutions.
  • Assist in managing e-commerce projects by ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and aligned with stakeholders' needs, supporting the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Develop detailed documentation and training materials for users, ensuring efficient use and adoption of e-commerce tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate platform functionality, assist in UAT testing, and ensure that business requirements are fully met before product releases.
Requirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc)
  • At least 2+  years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and eCommerce solutions.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce/SFCC integrations and platform capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, supporting iterative development and delivery of SFCC solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, QA, and business stakeholders)

  • The target salary of this position is $105,000-110,000 based on years of experience and qualifications
