For our store in Düsseldorf (Grabenstraße), we are currently looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
· As a Store Manager, you will be a host, motivator, and leader all at once
· You create an inspiring store atmosphere and ensure a first-class shopping experience
· You lead the team with passion, foster a positive team culture, and ensure that every employee can reach their full potential
· Responsibility for the commercial management of the store, including sales, KPI, and cost management
· Recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team, as well as staff scheduling and vacation planning
· Ensuring attractive product presentation and implementation of our visual merchandising standards
· Inventory and stock management, as well as implementation of our loss prevention guidelines
· Responsibility for preparing and conducting inventory counts

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Several years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, ideally in a leadership role within the premium or luxury segment
• Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• Experience in KPI and performance management, as well as coaching and developing teams
• Structured and results-oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
