Executive
The Vice President, FP&A will serve as a key strategic leader to the executive leadership team, leading all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and business analytics across rag & bone’s global operations. This leader will help drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and financial discipline while maintaining the brand’s creative and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Lead the global FP&A function, developing and executing financial strategies aligned with rag & bone’s growth objectives and brand priorities.
  • Partner closely with the COO and functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, multi-year planning, and ongoing forecast cycles across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and corporate functions.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights on performance, trends, and opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
Financial Analysis & Performance Management
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary to executive management.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, new market entry, and channel expansion.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, supply chain, and digital teams to optimize margin and inventory performance.
  • Enhance business visibility through KPIs, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
Operational Excellence & Systems
  • Implement and refine financial systems, tools, and reporting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Champion process improvement, automation, and cross-functional collaboration within finance and business teams.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across global entities.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and collaboration.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, balancing strategic vision with operational detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role.
  • Proven success within fashion, retail, or consumer brands; experience in a global, multi-channel business preferred.
  • Deep understanding of retail metrics, gross margin analysis, and inventory dynamics.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The salary range for this position is $250,000-275,000 based on candidate experience and expectations.
