Job Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Planner to join our Wholesale Planning team. This position will provide support to the Wholesale Planning team, as well as working closely with the wholesale sales team to support ad hoc requests. This role will be key in helping maintain data management to ensure integrity across all channels and departments.
Responsibilities:
Support the wholesale business with pre-season planning, in season forecasting, inventory and OTB management by compiling data from multiple sources to maintain standard and create ad hoc analysis to support changing needs of the business
Manage location reporting by obtaining and entering MTD & STD sales and stock data from account partners
Contribute to the maintenance and development of department reporting and analysis tools, including but not limited to: weekly account performance, account open to buy receipt data, delivery selling, market prep analysis
Manage replenishment forecasting process for wholesale accounts including but not limited to: distributing weekly selling and performance analysis, provide recommendations on replenishment receipt flow and assortment based on findings, ensure proper inventory needs forecasted to company planning to maintain target weeks of supply and adequately support sales forecast
Develop relationships with the account executives, as well as our external partners, to support needs of growing business
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience
Retail Match acumen
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with focus on accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Ability to manage through competing priorities

Salary: The target salary for this role is between $55,000 and $60,000 based on candidates experience and expectations.
