As an Omni Supervisor, you will ensure a seamless online shopping experience by managing order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency. Acting as the vital link between our UK website and the customer order experience, you will be responsible for order processing, coordinating inventory movement, resolving order issues, and providing our online customers with exceptional customer service
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain Operational Excellence
Policy and Procedure (P & P)
Ensure store adherence to company P & P
Maintain an elevated level of knowledge and understanding of all P & P
Order Management
Oversee the end-to-end process for UK site order fulfillment, ensuring each order is accurate and completed within SLA guidelines
Prepare and package orders for customer delivery, ensuring items meet quality standards
Verify order details against inventory and resolve discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with delivery services or team members for efficient and timely dispatch of orders
Monitor order flow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines during peak periods
Inventory Management
Maintain and update inventory records to align with in-store stock availability
Ensure maximization of storage and capacity in all product/supply categories
Supply Orders
Monitor supply levels for order fulfillment operations, including packaging materials, shipping supplies, and other necessities
Submit supply orders to maintain an uninterrupted workflow and avoid delays in fulfilling UK site orders
