Job Summary:
rag & bone is seeking an HR Analyst for a three month assignment to support the HR team with onboarding, employee data management, and process optimization. This role will help drive efficiency across day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a smooth and seamless employee experience.
This role will report into the Director of Visual Operations with a dotted line into the head of store construction.
Responsibilities:- Prepare internal documentation for promotions, pay/location/title/status changes.
- Initiate and complete new hire onboarding in ADP and send wage docs
- Ensure timecard & PTO submissions are on time
- Track new hires, promotions and other internal changes and termination for payroll processing
- Assist with management of shared HR inbox, ensuring that inquiries are responded to timely and accurately
Requirements (skills, qualifications, education, etc)
- Experience with ADP
- Experience handling HR admin related tasks like onboarding and follow up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fashion/Retail experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work onsite Monday-Wednesday.
