Job Summary:
The Associate Buyer for Women’s Footwear and Accessories will lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies within DTC, aiming to drive sales and enhance overall business performance in alignment with financial goals and key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
· Lead product strategies for Full Price Stores and E-commerce to deliver consumer focused assortments and volume drivers in conjunction with company merchandising initiatives.
· Responsible for full life cycle of buys inclusive of assortment curation, sizing, replenishment, allocation, RTVS, and markdowns
· Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales recaps, analyzing performance with a focus on historical trends. Identify opportunities, risks, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
· Work closely with Merchandising, Stores, Field leaders, E-commerce, and vendors to ensure buys and deliveries are met
· Communicate product needs, performances, trends, and consumer feedback to support future product developments.
· Partner with Planning in reviewing sales and inventory managing RTVs, markdowns, and consolidations to support financial goals and OTB.
· Lead product knowledge in providing selling tools for store teams
Requirements:
· At least two years at the Assistant or Associate level
· Experience in women’s footwear, bags, and accessories preferred
· Strong business acumen and financial skills
· Must be flexible, motivated, and proven ability to multitask
· Must have vertical retail multi-channel experience
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
· Microsoft Dynamics (AX) and/or D365 a plus
Annual Salary Pay Range
$70,000—$75,000 USD
