Position Overview
The Logistics Analyst role is primarily responsible for administering the on time flow of finished good merchandise into the global warehouses through the creation and maintenance of Inbound Ship Notes, the coordination and tracking of shipments with Freight Forwarders, delivery / receipt at 3PL’s and EDI problem resolution with IT.

Key Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of Inbound Ship Notes (IBS) based on shipment pre-alerts (BOL/AWB, Commercial Invoice and COO documentation) in D365, coordination of receipt within 48 hours of physical delivery and / or according to business established priorities, including systemic updating of inventory in D365, resolution of overages, shortages & damages.
Monitoring of Daily Shipping Reports from Freight Forwarder to ensure on-time delivery of freight and sort out any shipment delays. Work with Production to update delivery dates based on significant shifts in transit time. Communicate shifts to internal partners including CS, Sales, and Planning.
Review, update and distribute Logistics / Shipping SOP’s and routing guides to all vendors; monitor compliance to same, issue corrective communication and chargebacks when necessary
Maintain documentation / records for preferential duty programs
Support Vendor Master set-up and maintenance

Performance Measures
Success will be measured primarily based on the accuracy and timeliness of IBS creation and shipment error resolution. Process improvement and increased efficiency will also be used as key indicators.

Production, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Factories Freight Forwarders, 3PL’s

Required Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in a Logistics / Production Administration role, preferably at a fashion or accessories company
Excellent data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Strong Excel skills
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with Warehouse, Freight Forwarders, Factories and Logistics team members
Strong organizational and record keeping skills
Able to prioritize and move easily from one task / project to another
Results driven

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft D365 or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
General understanding of EDI transactions

Annual Salary Pay Range
$65,000—$71,000 USD
