Job Summary
Rag & bone is looking for a Store Design Project manager to oversee the design and execution of our wholesale projects. This includes domestic and international shop-in-shops as well as projects opened through our franchise partners. The Store Design Project manager will coordinate all aspects of the projects, managing each milestone from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for translating the brand concepts and aesthetic into wholesale shop-in-shop environments, meeting both the brand standards and commercial needs of the business.
- Manage the project lifecycle from end-to-end, including all scheduling, budgeting, and logistics. Serve as the main point of contact from the department.
- Develop designs and schematic layouts, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure alignment across all teams.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with codes and regulations
- Partner with the Director of Store Design on conceptual ideas, millwork, and furniture design to align with the current brand direction.
- Oversee vendor management and coordination, tracking production schedules and installation.
- Manage the coordination of designs to our franchise partners for international locations, including freestanding stores and shop-in-shops.
- Responsible for tracking key construction milestones in partnership with local teams, providing direction and commentary on progress photos and architectural drawing sets.
- Create and manage the project calendar and timeline, communicating deadlines and coordinating deliverables across all teams.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management within retail design/construction or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various levels.

Annual Salary Pay Range
$110,000—$120,000 USD
