Job Summary:
rag & bone is looking for a Manager, Creative Production responsible for managing photo shoot production, overseeing projects and seasonal product campaigns, and partnering with photographers and in-house creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner and report to interim Creative Producer
- Partner with Creative Director and Creative Production lead on the execution of all shoots
- Create schedules to ensure web and print needs are met, seeing that deadlines are met, and delivering final imagery to proper stakeholders on schedule.
- Manage all Shoot Production for Ecommerce, editorial, Campaign and Social Media shoots
- Manage studios, house rentals, location scouting, and vendor relationships
- Own relationships with all agents and management companies for photographers and crew
- Manage casting for all brand shoots
- Negotiate vendor rates and fees.
- Oversee Sample management for all shoots
- Budget Management
- Manage Opex (in partnership with Creative Production Lead and Creative Lead) and budgets for Art Marketing & Digital team for brand and eCommerce shoots.
- Post Production
- Casting
- Manage post delivery schedules to ensure that deadlines are met
- Partner with Producer to make sure all retouched images are delivered on time
- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience within the fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a hands-on environment
