Job Summary:
rag & bone is looking for a Manager, Creative Production responsible for managing photo shoot production, overseeing projects and seasonal product campaigns, and partnering with photographers and in-house creative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner and report to interim Creative Producer
  • Partner with Creative Director and Creative Production lead on the execution of all shoots 
  • Create schedules to ensure web and print needs are met, seeing that deadlines are met, and delivering final imagery to proper stakeholders on schedule.
  • Manage all Shoot Production for Ecommerce, editorial, Campaign and Social Media shoots
  • Manage studios, house rentals, location scouting, and vendor relationships
  • Own relationships with all agents and management companies for photographers and crew
  • Manage casting for all brand shoots 
  • Negotiate vendor rates and fees. 
  • Oversee Sample management for all shoots
  • Budget Management
  • Manage Opex (in partnership with Creative Production Lead and Creative Lead) and budgets for Art Marketing & Digital team for brand and eCommerce shoots.
  • Post Production
  • Casting 
  • Manage post delivery schedules to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Partner with Producer to make sure all retouched images are delivered on time 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience within the fashion industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a hands-on environment
